Who We Are

EliteDRIP is a girls-focused dance company powered by WeightDRIP Mothers Foundation, created to develop confident, disciplined, and expressive young women through majorette and performance-based dance. We exist for girls ages 11–18 who feel big, emotional, powerful, creative, and sometimes misunderstood. Girls with energy that needs direction. Girls who deserve a space where their bodies are not judged, but trained, and where their voices are not silenced, but strengthened.

EliteDRIP is where girls learn how to stand tall, take up space, and move with intention. We build dancers from the inside out by teaching posture, discipline, teamwork, confidence, and pride in self. Through structure, community, and care, we teach girls how to be powerful without being ashamed of it.

In partnership with WeightDRIP Mothers Foundation, EliteDRIP also works directly with mothers to provide added support through a non–fee-based program designed to help relieve the stress often carried by single mothers. Our goal is to support the whole family by creating consistency, structure, and a safe after-school space where daughters are nurtured while mothers are supported. This approach allows families to thrive together, not separately.

What We Stand For

We stand for girls having a safe and structured outlet to express themselves physically and emotionally. We stand for discipline that builds confidence, not fear. We believe dance is more than performance. It is body awareness, emotional release, leadership training, and identity development.

We stand for helping girls develop respect for their bodies, their time, and their talents. We stand against oversexualization and underdevelopment. We teach strength, control, and presence. We believe girls should feel beautiful, capable, and strong in their own skin.

EliteDRIP stands for sisterhood over comparison. Growth over perfection. Structure over chaos. We prepare girls to walk into any room with confidence, self-control, and pride. Not just as dancers, but as young women learning who they are and who they are becoming.

At EliteDRIP, girls will be challenged, protected, and supported. They will be held accountable and encouraged. They will learn discipline, teamwork, and confidence. They will be taught how to move with power, grace, and self-respect. And they will leave stronger than they came in mentally, physically, and emotionally.
